Product Orders / Returns

We do not make products, although we do perform legal services.  We do not take product orders and representation on commences when an engagement letter or fee agreement has been signed by the client and a representative of ChooseMySite Digital Marketing.  If you pay your retainer by credit card and terminate representation, the amount unearned will be returned in the ordinary course of business, by way of issuance of a credit to the card used or via check.

User Generated Content

Notwithstanding the following, you acknowledge and agree that CHOOSEMYSITE has the absolute right to monitor User Generated Content posted to the Website in its sole discretion.
